1. How do I open a live trading account? chevron
To open a live trading account, click the “Sign Up” button in the top right of our website. Follow the steps and upload your documents for verification. We’ll email you with your account details and you’ll be ready to trade!
2. What account types does Vida Markets LLC offer? chevron
We offer 4 different types of live account MT4 & MT5 STP (Straight Through Processing) and MT4 & MT5 ECN (Electronic Communication Network)
3. In which currencies can I open an account? chevron
:company_name clients can open a trading account in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. We recommend opening your account in the currency you’ll be depositing and withdrawing in, to avoid any unexpected conversion fees!
4. Can I change the currency of my account? chevron
We can help you change the currency of your account, but to do so we need to open you a new account. To request a new account in a new currency, please contact 0-800-060-8744 or call us on 0-800-060-8744.
5. Can I open more than one account with Vida Markets LLC? chevron
Yes! Once you’ve opened a live trading account with :company_name, you can apply for another under the same name. Some traders do this to trade in different base currencies, or try out new strategies. Contact :support_mail for more info.
