• Conditions for Bonus Removal :
  • Client bonus are removed when
  • Client withdraws fund(partial bonus if partial withdrawal is requested)
  • When client equity is less than credit ( credit will be be automatically removed which will lead the account to stop out)

• Equity and Bonus Interaction :
  • If a client had a huge loss and made the equity to negative, credit will still remain in the account, but it won’t be available for trading as the equity is negative. Later this credit will be removed

• Negative Balances and Bonus :
  • Negative balance has nothing to do with bonus with open trades, it always looks for equity for the bonus to be removed.

• Impact of Negative Equity on Trade :
  • When client equity goes negative due to heavy loss, the account will be stopped out, later credit will be taken out manually.
  • So in conclusion clients always have to make sure the equity is higher than credit to avoid the stop out.

• We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading in relation to this Promotion.

• The Promotion is considered to be the property of VIDA.

• We reserve the right to refuse to credit an account if we have reasonable belief that there has been any cooperation, collusion and/or organization of transactions from the same source, or if we have reasonable belief that the Promotion is being abused in any way.

• Real equity can be withdrawn at any point in time. Credit cannot be withdrawn, only balance & profit is withdrawable.
• You may withdraw your original deposit at any time – however, if you opt to withdraw, your 20% trading credit will also be removed from your account accordingly. If part of your original deposit is withdrawn, your 20% bonus will be removed on a pro rata basis, therefore a partial trading credit removal will take place.
